STAMP ENGINE provides a tool that uses AI to generate sticker images for messaging apps. Please use the service only if you agree to these terms. Using the service is taken as agreement to them.
The following are prohibited. If we confirm a violation, we may suspend your use or block access without prior notice.
· Uploading a photo of another person without that person's consent
· Attempting to generate images of celebrities, real existing characters, or images in which a
third party holds rights, or imitations of them
· Generating violent, obscene or discriminatory content
· Generating or accessing the service with bots, scripts or automation tools
(only ordinary manual use is permitted)
· Acts intended to bypass usage limits (spoofing or switching IP addresses, using multiple
environments, and similar)
· Removing the watermark from preview images, or attempting to do so
· Unauthorised access to our systems, reverse engineering, or probing for vulnerabilities
· Using generated content for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of a third party
Because you can check the result in a free preview before buying, refunds after purchase are not available as a rule. If, however, a purchased product is not delivered because of a failure on our side, we will refund the full amount. We cannot refund based on personal preference about the generated result (please use the free preview and the per-sticker redo before buying).
Stickers you have purchased may be used by you for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Submitting and selling them on LINE Creators Market or any other platform is done at your own responsibility, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any platform's review.
This service uses AI image generation, and unintended output (distorted details, variation in expression, and similar) can occur. Please check the preview before you buy.
Free previews are limited in number (per day and overall). These limits may change without prior notice.
We may change, temporarily suspend or end the service without prior notice. Except for refunding purchased products that have not been delivered, we are not liable for damages arising from this.
We are not liable for damages arising from use of this service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. Even where we are liable, compensation is limited to the amount that the customer concerned paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These terms may be changed as necessary. The changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for disputes relating to this service.
